THE BBSS PROGRAMS

Comprehensive blueprints designed for lasting transformation, economic self-sufficiency, and national expansion

THE UNIFIED MATRIX

RECAP Isolating a single social crisis is why modern institutions fail. You cannot solve homelessness in a vacuum. BBSS treats these failures as an interconnected ecosystem where every deployed solution directly begets and strengthens the next.

1. Energy Crisis
2. Homelessness
3. Food Shortages
4. Joblessness
5. Living Wages
6. Healthcare
7. Veteran Care
8. Senior Care
9. Childcare
10. Battered Women
The Generational Hub (Items 8, 9, & 10)

We intentionally integrate Senior Care, Childcare, and Support for Battered Women and their Children into a unified environment. Developing young minds crave stable adult interaction and guidance, while displaced seniors deeply desire to be needed, to pass on their lifetime of wisdom, and to have someone listen. By weaving these groups together, we eliminate isolation, break generational trauma, and allow love to burst forth naturally overnight.

Program Infrastructure

Our model is built on sustainable, self-sufficient infrastructure that supports long-term stability and provides hands-on vocational training:

200 Residential Homes

Safe, stable housing for program participants with private living spaces and shared community areas.

200 INDOOR AGRICULTURAL UNITS

Hydroponic growing systems that produce fresh food year-round while teaching valuable agricultural skills.IT IS THE HOPE OF BBSS PROJECTS THAT WE CAN INTEGRATE OUR OWN CUSTOM DESIGN TO COMBINE HOMES INSIDE THE AGRICULTURAL GREEN HOUSE WITHOUT BUREAUCRATIC LIMITATIONS, BUT WE HAVE ALTERNATIVE BUILDS IF NECESSARY

The 2-5 Year Pathway

Program Duration

Our comprehensive program requires a 2-year minimum commitment and offers a 5-year maximum timeline. This extended timeframe is intentional and research-backed. Lasting change requires time to develop new habits, heal from trauma, build technical skills, and establish stable patterns. We do not believe in rushed, temporary crisis management.

Milestone 1

2-Year Graduation

Upon completing the initial 2-year program, participants become eligible to graduate. This milestone unlocks significant leadership opportunities As a JUNIOR FOUNDER and expansion rights.

  • Expansion Rights: Graduates earn the right to expand the BBSS model anywhere in the United States.
  • Leadership Role: Step into the role of a Community Manager or Leader for new developments.
  • System Support: Receive full backing and logistical support from the BBSS national system to launch new sites.
Milestone 2

5-Year Graduation

Participants who complete the full 5-year program achieve our highest level of independence and structural reward, centered around permanent, resilient housing.

  • Monolithic Dome Home: Graduates receive their own monolithic dome home, designed to be slightly larger and more permanent than the standard shelter units.
  • Location Flexibility: Choose to build your dome near the original BBSS community or relocate to a destination of your choice.
  • Professional Training: Benefit from our exclusive partnership with the Monolithic Dome Institute in Dawson, Texas, receiving professional training in dome construction and maintenance. OR THE OPTION TO BECOME A SENIOR FOUNDER IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITY GLOBALLY WITH SEMI-FRANCHISE SUPPORT, AS THESE SENIOR FOUNDERS HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO ACQUIRE THEIR OWN FUNDING SUPPORT

Post-Graduation Paths

A

Stay Local & Lead

Choose to stay adjacent to the original community. This path offers ongoing BBSS support, continuous mentorship, and direct opportunities to serve as paid staff or senior volunteers, helping guide the next generation of participants.

Community Pillar
B

National Expansion

Take the BBSS model to new cities or states. Expand to other locations as an independent BBSS Community Manager. You will operate with the full logistical, technical, and network support of the national BBSS system.

Independent Manager

With BBSS, the opportunities are endless.

BBSS STAFFING AGENCY

Every displaced adult held skills, licenses, or professions before experiencing hardship. BBSS operates an internal staffing agency designed to activate those existing capabilities directly within our growing infrastructure.

The Standard of Pure Motivation: Zero DEI

We enforce no DEI quotas, no corporate check-boxes, and zero prejudices regarding race, gender, or background. Our selection framework is driven entirely by **individual motivation**. Technical jobs, community roles, and operational positions are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis to those ready to stand up and work. If you want the job, you ask for it—and because our blueprint scales exponentially, there is always plenty of work to go around.

Immediate Placement Fields

We actively prioritize sheltered individuals, veterans, and the handicapped to step directly into essential infrastructure positions suited to their technical backgrounds:

Professional & Healthcare Support

CPAs, lawyers, doctors, nurses, counselors, EMS personnel, and ordained ministers bring their specialized talent sets directly to bear within the administrative, legal, and health frameworks of BBSS communities.

Industrial Heavy Trades & Energy

Plumbers, electricians, ironworker, riggers, crane operators, and factory lines deploy directly to our heavy construction grids and upcoming manufacturing operations.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING PIPELINE

Step 1: The Mandatory Baseline — Indoor Agriculture

Before pursuing any secondary industrial trade, every single sheltered adult completes comprehensive training in **home-business indoor agriculture**. You must first learn how to completely decouple your family from external processes by masterfully growing clean, sustainable nutrition directly inside your own living environment.

This program puts the sheltered individual in absolute, uncompromised control of what they eat. Once a grower perfects their baseline home garden, all surplus crops are routed straight into our regional agricultural sales network. This dual approach completely solves the core structural dependencies of shelter, food, and basic employment simultaneously.

Step 2: Advanced Trade Apprenticeships & External Staffing

For individuals seeking to supplement their baseline agricultural earnings, BBSS provides fast-tracked apprenticeships across all major industrial trades. Leveraging decades of hard-earned, lifelong professional experience in heavy industrial sectors, our leadership directly bridges the gap to external corporate deployment.

Upon graduating their chosen apprenticeship, workers are immediately staffed out through our agency into high-paying positions within **regional refineries, utility wind/solar farms, and newly authorized BBSS community builds** nationwide.

The Reinvestment Pledge: 100% of the agency profits generated by staffing our trained trades out into commercial markets are instantly routed back into the community fund. This capital goes exclusively toward expanding our training pipelines and building internal factories to manufacture the products our communities require—from dome home structures and custom furniture to next-generation VAWT windmasts.
