Team Blueprint
Leadership, Empowerment, and Community Governance
🚧 Our Team Page is Currently Under Construction 🚧
While we are building our physical community, we are also building our team. Until our roster is finalized, we are displaying our team blueprint rather than actual names. Like our core founders (E3F1), many team members may choose to remain anonymous and will be represented by their official BBSS designations (e.g., E3JF1, E3SF1).
The BBSS Team Blueprint: Empowering Through Purpose
At Broken Bridge Shelter Services, we believe that solving homelessness requires skilled workers to initiate the individual Proofs of Concept for every design component. Even highly trained professionals—architects, engineers, doctors, and tradespeople—can sometimes lose their way in society. Our team structure is designed to find them, house them, and empower them to build both our community and their own futures.
Community Governance: The Head of Household
Every voice matters in a self-sufficient community. Each Head of Household will be an active member of the Town Hall meetings, which are held regularly in our community dining rooms. This ensures that the people living in the community are the ones guiding its daily life and culture.
E3 Junior Founders (E3JF)
The foundation of our startup begins with our E3 Junior Founders.
- Who they are: The first 10 sheltered individuals who possess the skilled craftsmanship needed to physically help build the startup community.
- Their role: They will construct the initial infrastructure and then train the next wave of incoming Junior Founders.
- The Expansion: As we grow, we actively screen for and recruit professionals who have experienced homelessness to join as E3JFs. This includes Doctors, EMS, Fire Department, Police Department, DOT, Mental Health & Veterans Health professionals, Pediatricians, Horticulturists, Agriculturalists, Arborists, Ranchers, Architects, and Engineers.
E3 Senior Founders (E3SF)
Growth and leadership are built into the BBSS model. Junior Founders who train as leaders and managers in specific areas of the startup community over the first 18 months will graduate to the role of E3 Senior Founder (E3SF).
- Franchise Expansion: Every month after the initial 18-month period, a qualifying E3JF/E3SF can graduate to start their own community anywhere in the U.S. They will receive franchise funding and support to build a new self-sufficient community, strictly following the BBSS blueprint hosted on the BBSS1>org workspace.
The 5-Year Milestone: True Independence
We do not just want to shelter people; we want to restore their independence permanently.
Upon completing 5 full years of service as an E3SF, team members have two incredible options:
- Retire with Property: They can retire from BBSS and receive their own monolithic dome home on their own private land. They will take their experience with them, owing absolutely nothing to BBSS.
- Continue the Mission: If they choose, they can remain with us, utilizing their expertise to continue adding to the BBSS momentum globally.
